Listing portals such as Zillow, StreetEasy and Realtor.com own most property searches. That matters if you manage or sell property, but it is a fight a small firm does not win.
Brokers are licensed by the New York Department of State, and trades by NYC Department of Buildings, NYC DCWP (former DCA) and the state. Those licenses stay with you, and they belong on the page as proof.
