FAQs
Answers on coverage, licenses, storm-season work and what to expect from a trade campaign in South Florida.
Which parts of Miami can you cover for a trade firm? expand_more
The cities your trucks can reach in reasonable time. For many firms that means one county or a stretch like Coral Gables and Miami Beach. We leave out the rest, so you do not pay for calls you cannot serve the same day.
How is the contractor license shown? expand_more
On the landing page, near the top, in the form the state issued it. Ads can mention licensing where there is room. We only publish what you can show.
Can you run hurricane-season offers? expand_more
Yes, planned before June 1 and limited to what you can back up, such as inspections offered and areas served. We do not make up response times or stories. Storm damage work has its own Miami restoration page.
What does HeyLead run for a trade firm? expand_more
Google Ads, SEO and Business Profile work, follow-up ads and landing pages, planned together. Tracking counts calls and forms by city, and a CRM (the list where leads are kept) is connected only if your sales process needs it.
Will you promise rankings or a fixed cost per job? expand_more
No. Rankings take months and ad costs shift with competition, so we promise clear tracking instead. You can see what each city costs and decide where to spend next.
What do you need from me to get going? expand_more
Website, ads account and Google Business Profile access. We also need the cities your crews serve, your license numbers and how many jobs you can take in a week. The free audit comes first.
Are you a Miami-based agency? expand_more
No. We are an online team with no Miami storefront. Calls and video meetings are how we work together, and the local part is the research and the pages, built around the cities where your crews work.
Do you offer local marketing for trades in Miami? expand_more
Yes. This page is the local marketing program for trades in Miami: local SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads and conversion pages, reported to booked work. The country overview is on the local marketing hub at heylead.com/local-marketing/.
