Google Ads Management
Search, Performance Max, and Remarketing That Convert.

We run Google Ads accounts around people who are ready to buy. Campaigns are kept tidy and guided by real lead and sales data, not loose keywords and clicks that never turn into anything.

We cover ads on your own business name, ads for people searching for what you sell, and Google's automated Performance Max campaigns. The aim is to grow while each lead stays at a cost you can afford.

Why Most Google Ads Accounts Bleed Budget

Common Issues We Fix

  • One campaign that mixes buyers with browsers, and no list of words to block (negative keywords)
  • Performance Max running without reliable tracking or organized ad assets
  • Searches for your business name and searches for what you sell mixed in the same ad groups
  • The report of real searches is ignored, so irrelevant searches keep using up budget
  • Landing pages that do not match the ad, which hurts Quality Score (Google's rating of how well your ad and page fit)

Our Philosophy

Google Ads rewards ads that clearly match what people search for. We organize your account by how ready people are to buy, how closely a search matches your keyword, and where they are, so your budget goes to clicks worth paying for. Search ads catch people who are already looking. Performance Max reaches more people across Google. Remarketing ads bring back people who already visited. Each has its own budget and its own goal.

How We Manage Google Ads - The Details

How Campaigns Are Organized

  • Split by buying intent: Searches for your name, searches for competitors, searches from ready-to-buy people, and searches from people still researching each get their own campaign, budget, and goal.
  • Match types: Match types control how closely a search must match your keyword. We use the strict ones (exact and phrase) for keywords that already bring leads. We use the loose one (broad match) only after the blocked-words list is solid and we have checked the search reports.
  • Performance Max: Ad assets (images, headlines, videos) are grouped by offer and audience. We keep your brand-name searches separate, block what should not show, and check your product data before adding budget.
  • Geographic Targeting: We target by state, metro area, or a radius around you, and bid more where leads turn into customers more often.

Bidding, Extensions & Quality Score

  • Smart Bidding Calibration: Smart Bidding is Google's automated bidding. We give it targets for cost per lead and return on ad spend taken from your real sales data, not Google's default numbers. We group campaigns under one bidding strategy where that makes results steadier.
  • Ad Extensions: Extra links, short selling points, and a call button are added under your ad and point to the pages and offers that bring in the most leads.
  • Improving Quality Score: Each ad group covers one topic, and the keyword, ad, and landing page all match. We keep testing ad wording (RSA means responsive search ad, where Google mixes your headlines) to get more clicks and a lower cost per click.
  • Search Term Mining: Each week we read the real searches that triggered your ads, block the wasteful ones, and give the winning ones their own ad group.

Our Google Ads Management Process

01

Account & Competitor Audit

We review how the account is organized, where the money goes, whether tracking works, what people searched, and how you compare with rival advertisers. This finds waste and quick wins.

02

Keyword & Intent Mapping

We build keyword lists by how close people are to buying, with match type rules, blocked words, and the landing page for each group.

03

Campaign Build or Restructure

We launch a clean setup, or rebuild your current campaigns without losing their history.

04

Creative & Landing Page Alignment

We write ads whose headlines match what people are searching for, and make sure every ad group sends people to a relevant page that loads fast.

05

Tracking Validation

We check that every lead is tied to the ad click that produced it (using the GCLID, Google's click ID), that each conversion is counted once, and that closed sales from your CRM can be sent back to Google.

06

Weekly Optimization & Scaling

We adjust bids, budgets, blocked words, and ad wording. We grow what works step by step and cut what does not.

FAQ

Common questions

What to know before you get started.

How much should we budget for Google Ads to see real results? expand_more
Most US B2B and service businesses need at least $3,000 to $8,000 a month to collect enough data across campaigns for their own name and for what they sell. Online stores can spend more once their product data and follow-up ads are in good shape. We set the budget from what you can pay per lead, your average order value, and what clicks cost in your market, not from a generic minimum.
Should we use Performance Max or stick to Search campaigns? expand_more
Both, each with a clear job. Search ads handle searches from ready-to-buy people, and you control what they show for. Performance Max, Google's automated campaign type, works well when tracking is reliable and you have strong images and audience data. We never let it eat into your own-name searches without blocks and separate reporting.
How do you protect our brand keywords from competitors? expand_more
We run separate campaigns for searches on your business name, aiming to show up almost every time. We watch what competitors do with your name. Those campaigns have their own budget, so they never compete with pricier searches for what you sell.
Which match types do you recommend? expand_more
Exact and phrase match (the strict settings) for the keywords that bring in money. Broad match (the loose setting) only in tightly themed ad groups, with a long blocked-words list and good conversion data behind it. We read the search reports every week, because loose settings without checking reports waste money.
How fast can you improve an underperforming account? expand_more
Quick wins from blocking wasted searches, fixing the setup, and repairing tracking often show within 2 to 4 weeks. A lower cost per lead usually takes 30 to 60 days, because Google's automated bidding has to relearn from cleaner data. We set expectations up front based on what the audit finds.
Do you manage Google Shopping and Merchant Center feeds? expand_more
Yes. The product feed is the list of products you send to Google. We check it for errors, rejected products, weak product titles, and labels that let us bid more on your best sellers. A healthy feed makes Shopping and Performance Max ads work better.
How do you handle multi-location or franchise accounts? expand_more
Location-specific campaigns or ad groups with geo-bid modifiers, localized ad copy, and landing pages. Shared negative lists and brand campaigns at account level. Reporting broken out by location so you can see which markets deserve more budget.
What reporting do we get on Google Ads performance? expand_more
Weekly summaries showing what you spent, how many leads or sales came in, cost per lead, return on ad spend, notable searches, and what we did. Monthly reviews tie results to your pipeline or revenue when your CRM is connected.
Can you work with our existing Google Ads account? expand_more
Yes. We prefer to audit and restructure rather than start over. Historical conversion data is valuable for smart bidding. We document every change and keep you in the loop.
How do you reduce wasted spend on irrelevant searches? expand_more
We build long lists of blocked words (negative keywords) from the real search reports, share them across campaigns, and block whole patterns of low-intent searches. We also tighten match types and improve ad relevance so Google shows your ads for fewer junk searches.
Do you set up remarketing and audience campaigns? expand_more
Yes. Remarketing means showing ads to people who already visited your site. We split them into groups, such as people who read several pages, people who started a form and left, and your existing customers. We limit how often they see ads, use different ad wording for them, and cap the budget so it does not crowd out new customers.
How do you test your ad wording? expand_more
We write several angles for each ad group: the customer's problem, proof, the offer, and a reason to act now. Google mixes the headlines and descriptions itself, and we fix a line in place only when a legal or brand rule requires it. Each month we replace the lines Google rates as weak.
How do you integrate Google Ads with our CRM? expand_more
We store Google's click ID with every form lead, send closed deals from your CRM back to Google, and keep campaign tags clean so each lead shows where it came from. See our CRM integration services for the full picture from click to closed deal.
What industries do you manage Google Ads for? expand_more
B2B SaaS, professional services, e-commerce, home services, healthcare-adjacent, real estate, and more. Strategy adapts to sales cycle length and lead qualification requirements.
How do we get started? expand_more
