Nobody signs a multi-year support agreement because of a Facebook ad. They sign after a bad quarter with their current provider and two or three calls. Meta Ads keeps your MSP in front of the owner who read your onboarding page and left.
For owner-led MSPs in the US that want to stay in front of owners still deciding, with retargeting built from page visits and nothing built from a breached-company list.
Context from how your customers search, compare and book.
Cold interest targeting on Meta is a poor fit for support intent. Interest categories cannot tell an owner whose provider stopped answering from an owner who is happy, and a cold ad that says your business will be hacked reads as fear-selling. Where Meta earns its place is retargeting: the owner who read your pricing page on Tuesday and did not fill in the form is exactly the person who should see a plain reminder a week later.
In the United States, section 5 of the FTC Act covers overstated security claims, and the FTC's May 2025 order against GoDaddy is the example we point owners to: a provider described its security in stronger terms than its practice supported. Ads and pages say what the MSP actually does, name the controls it runs and never describe an outcome as certain.
The creative stays plain. Short videos of the owner explaining what onboarding looks like, a still of the service tiers, a line about response hours. Nothing that names a client, nothing that implies an outcome, nothing that shows a mark the firm does not hold.
A clear, repeatable process built around how managed it services customers search and decide.
We check the pixel and conversions API, build audiences from pricing, onboarding and security page visits with a 30 to 180 day window and remove anyone who has already submitted a form. No audience is built from a client list, a vendor list or a breached-company list.
We agree with the owner what can be shown. Only Cyber AB registered practitioner organizations may show the CMMC RPO mark, so the site shows it only if the firm holds that registration. We never tell a client to display a mark they do not hold. Scripts cover what managed support covers, how the first 30 days run, how pricing works in USD and what the firm actually does for security, in plain words.
Short owner-to-camera videos, stills of the service tiers and a single plain line on response hours. Each piece is reviewed against the claims rules before it runs.
Campaigns go live once form and call-click tracking record correctly. Frequency is capped so the same owner does not see the ad every day, and audiences are refreshed as new visitors arrive from search and Google Ads.
Cost per support inquiry by audience and creative, with the pages that fed the audience and the creative that produced the conversations. Creative is refreshed each quarter.
Reach the right local audience on Facebook and Instagram with proof-led ads
The mechanics behind Meta Ads for managed it services, explained plainly.
Both are installed so form submissions and call clicks are recorded even when browser tracking is blocked. Events carry no personal data beyond what Meta's standard events require, and nothing from a client's systems is sent.
Audiences are built from page visits and video views with a 30 to 180 day window. Owners who submit a form are removed from retargeting so nobody keeps seeing an ad after they have called. Areas the firm does not serve are excluded.
Section 5 of the FTC Act covers overstated security claims, with the GoDaddy order of May 2025 as the example. Ads name the controls you run and never describe an outcome as certain, and the CMMC RPO mark appears only if the firm is a Cyber AB registered practitioner organization.

Pages built around the searches your buyers actually type.
Search and ads aimed at people ready to inquire.
Calls, forms and bookings tagged to the search, ad or page behind them.
Retargeting works on the owner's timeline, not the campaign's. The first weeks build audiences, and inquiries follow as owners come back to a provider they recognize.
We check the pixel, build audiences and creative and agree with the owner what can be shown. Campaigns go live once form and call-click tracking record correctly.
Audiences fill as search and Google Ads traffic arrives, and the first retargeted inquiries appear. We read which creative and which page visit produced them.
Creative is refreshed each quarter, frequency is tuned and the monthly report shows cost per support inquiry by audience. Retargeting becomes a steady second touch for the owners search brought in.
