More Client Mandates.
Candidates Tracked Apart.
Built for Owner-Led Agencies.

A hiring manager with a seat to fill talks to two or three agencies before signing terms. We bring those client mandates in, and we keep candidate traffic in its own campaign.

We build the client-intent pages, ads and tracking.

Who This Is For

For owners of recruitment agencies and small search firms who want more client mandates from companies that fit their sectors and fee model, with candidate searches sent to their own path, no spend on job seekers, and nothing claimed about a hire that the agency cannot stand behind.

check_circle Boutique executive search firms that fill senior roles on retained terms and want inquiries from boards and founders, not applicants

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about recruitment agencies marketing? We have got honest answers.

What does recruitment agency marketing include? expand_more
Recruitment agency marketing for an owner-led agency in the United States includes client-intent pages for searches like recruitment agency for accounting firms and headhunter for sales roles, a plain page on how you source, how you shortlist and how you charge in USD, Google Ads split between client intent and candidate intent with job seeker searches excluded, Meta retargeting for hiring managers still weighing which agency to brief, and call and form tracking that reports cost per qualified client inquiry in USD. HeyLead does the marketing. The owner keeps every fee, terms and candidate decision.
Is this page for job seekers, jobs boards or RPO vendors? expand_more
No. This page is for the owner of a recruitment agency or a small executive search firm with about 2 to 40 staff in the United States that fills permanent roles for client companies. It is not a page for candidates, not a jobs board, not a recruitment process outsourcing vendor and not staffing software. If you are looking for a job, this page will not help you, and the pages we build send candidates to their own path rather than into the client campaign.
Which searches actually bring client mandates? expand_more
The ones a hiring manager types. Recruitment agency with a sector attached, headhunter with a role attached, executive search firm with a city or a state, and how much does a recruiter cost. Candidate searches such as jobs near me, resume help, careers and recruiter jobs bring applicants, not clients. They are excluded from the client campaign and, if the agency wants them, sent to a separate candidate page with its own tracking.
How do you keep candidate traffic out of the client campaign? expand_more
Separate pages, separate campaigns and separate reports. Client pages talk to the hiring manager and ask for the role, the location and the timeline. Candidate pages, if the agency wants them, talk to the applicant and ask for a resume. The client campaign carries exclusion lists for jobs, careers, apply, salary, resume and recruiter jobs, reviewed every week, so the owner can see client inquiries on their own line.
Do you need an employment agency license to do this marketing? expand_more
HeyLead holds no license and places nobody. In the United States, employment agency licensing is state by state. As one example we read, New York General Business Law section 172 says no person shall operate an employment agency without first procuring a license, issued by the commissioner of labor outside New York City and by that city's commissioner of consumer affairs within it. We do not list the other states and we do not imply one national license. The owner confirms what applies where they recruit, and the site states only the licenses and memberships the agency actually holds.
What is one new client actually worth to an agency? expand_more
As an illustration, not a forecast HeyLead will deliver: one new client that hires several times a year, at the fee the agency sets in USD, is the commercial point of the whole exercise. We do not publish an industry fee rate, we do not quote a figure for your fee and we do not promise a placement. We report cost per qualified client inquiry so the owner can set that number against their own fee schedule.
Can you promise a number of mandates or a time to fill? expand_more
No. Hiring managers brief agencies on their own schedule, the agency decides which roles to take, and a placement depends on the candidate market. We do not promise a number of mandates, a hire or a time to fill. We report which pages, searches and ads produced client inquiries so the owner can judge the channel on evidence.
How long before client inquiries arrive? expand_more
Google Ads can bring client inquiries within weeks of launch, usually from managers who are already comparing agencies. Search visibility for sector and city terms builds over months. A website rebuild takes a few weeks to plan and build, and the first month after launch shows which pages earn inquiries. We report progress as it comes rather than promising a date.
Will you write about our placements and clients? expand_more
Only in the general terms the owner approves, such as the sector, the role level and the location, and never with a client name or a candidate detail that has not been agreed in writing. Confidentiality is part of why a hiring manager briefs an agency, and the site has to show that you take it seriously.
Which service do we start with? expand_more
It depends on the audit. An agency with a candidate-first website usually starts with the process, sector and fee pages, because ads sent to a jobs board homepage waste spend. An agency with a plain client page and no traffic usually starts with Google Ads on client-intent searches. We tell you which after we look at the site, the tracking and the searches in your sectors.
