FAQs
Straight answers about local coverage, campaigns, pages, and how we measure demand in Dubai.
Do you have a Dubai office? expand_more
No. HeyLead has no local office in Dubai and this page lists no address. The work is run remotely, written against the Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai and Jumeirah catchments, and billed in AED.
Should one campaign cover the whole UAE? expand_more
Not for a clinic with staffed rooms in Dubai. Marina, Downtown and Jumeirah convert on different proof and timing, and a country-wide budget blurs that. Other emirates are not covered on this page.
Is the copy written in Arabic? expand_more
English first for now, because most clinic searches we plan around are typed in English. Arabic pages come later. Clinic teams that consult in English get English pages today.
Who holds the licence, the clinic or HeyLead? expand_more
The clinic does. HeyLead is the marketing team, not a clinic and not a licence holder. DHA clinics and Dubai Healthcare City clinics answer to different regulators, so we ask which applies to you and confirm the wording and any advertising approvals with you before anything goes live.
What does the first month look like? expand_more
A free audit of your current search and social spend, then a catchment map, a landing page for your lead treatment, Google Ads geography that matches the map, and a short consult form with call tracking. Organic work starts at the same time but builds over months, so we do not promise rankings.
Which clinic types do you work with, and how do the channels fit? expand_more
Medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, hair restoration, dental and longevity clinics. Google Ads catches people ready to book, organic pages build steady demand, Meta Ads reach and retarget, and the pages tie them together. We do not run trades or property work in this market.
