Mandurah is a coastal city in its own right, not the last exit on a Perth campaign, and it behaves like one.
The City of Mandurah takes in the canal estates around Port Mandurah and the Mandurah Ocean Marina, the older streets near the estuary foreshore, the growth suburbs of Meadow Springs and Lakelands up towards the Kwinana Freeway, and the western strip across the water through Halls Head, Falcon, Wannanup and Dawesville, where the Dawesville Channel links the Peel-Harvey Estuary to the sea.
Inland, the Shire of Murray around Pinjarra is a separate council with its own search habits. Housing mixes canal-front homes, brick and tile family houses and holiday units by the estuary.
Many owners are retirees, Perth families with a holiday house or FIFO workers away on roster, so plenty of decisions are made by someone who is not standing in the house.
Real estate agents are licensed through Consumer Protection WA and trades hold WA licences, and those stay with your firm. HeyLead does the marketing.
