More Booked Consultations.
Implants and Jaw Surgery Apart.
For SDC-Registered Specialists. for Singapore

Built for Singapore service brands competing in local and regional search. A patient comparing implants or jaw surgery talks to two or three specialist clinics before they book, often over WhatsApp. We bring those consultations in, and keep general dentistry and braces searches on their own path.

We build the search, ads and consultation pages in Singapore.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about oral surgery marketing? We have got honest answers in Singapore.

What does oral surgeon marketing include in Singapore? expand_more
Oral surgeon marketing for a specialist practice includes a surgeon profile page that states your training and your entry on the Singapore Dental Council's Register of Dental Specialists, in the words the register uses, separate pages for dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, extractions, grafting, jaw surgery and sedation, a fee page with the fee ranges you actually charge, a referring dentist page, Google Business Profile upkeep for each office, Google Ads split by implant and wisdom tooth intent with exclusions for jobs, courses, braces and general dentistry, Meta retargeting for people still comparing consultations, and call, form and WhatsApp tracking that reports cost per booked consultation. HeyLead does the marketing. The surgeon keeps every clinical and pricing decision.
Is this for general dentists who place implants? expand_more
No. This service is only for practices owned by a specialist oral surgeon, including oral and maxillofacial surgery practices that place implants. A general dentist who places some implants alongside check-ups, fillings and whitening serves a different patient mix and is marketed under dentistry, not here. We never describe a general dentist as a specialist, in any ad or on any page, because that claim belongs to the Singapore Dental Council, not to marketing.
How is marketing an oral surgery practice different from marketing a general dental practice? expand_more
The patient is making one decision, not starting a long relationship of small visits. A general dental patient arrives for a check-up, a toothache or whitening and may stay for years. An oral surgery patient is choosing one specialist for one procedure, often after a referral and after comparing a few consultations, and the fee runs to thousands. So the marketing leads with who the surgeon is, what implants and extractions cost and how the consultation works, rather than insurance lists, hygiene recall and emergency slots. Campaigns separate implants from wisdom teeth instead of emergency from routine, the referring dentist is an audience in their own right, and the word specialist itself is a regulated claim the pages have to back up in Singapore.
What advertising rules apply to oral surgeon marketing in Singapore? expand_more
The Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations 2021 under the Healthcare Services Act, together with the Singapore Dental Council's Ethical Code and Ethical Guidelines. Regulation 5 says an advertisement must not create an unjustified expectation, must not contain any photograph showing an individual before and after or only after treatment, must not contain any laudatory statement or superlative, must not contain any review, testimonial or endorsement except as regulation 14 allows, and must not solicit or encourage the use of the service. The ethical code says testimonials must not be used in advertising on any media the dentist controls and that dentists must not ask patients to write them. Only a dentist on the Register of Dental Specialists may be described as a specialist. We write to those rules, and the surgeon signs off before anything runs.
Can you keep implant intent and wisdom tooth intent apart? expand_more
Yes, and it is the core of how we structure the account. Implant searches skew toward adults pricing a long-term fix and often arrive after a failed tooth. Wisdom tooth searches skew toward younger adults and parents with a referral in hand. Each gets its own campaign, landing page, budget and report, so you can see which one books consultations and which one needs work in Singapore.
Can you use patient reviews or before-and-after photos? expand_more
Not in advertising. Regulation 5 bans before-and-after and after-only images in advertisements, even with a disclaimer, and bans reviews, testimonials and endorsements except as regulation 14 allows. The MOH FAQ on regulation 14 says a licensee may not reproduce Google or social media reviews on its website, but may display a testimonial a patient gave the clinic directly, provided it was organic. HeyLead still keeps those off the site as a policy choice. The surgeon may show a patient before-and-after images during a consultation, which the regulations allow. Pages rely on the surgeon, the process, the fees and the consultation instead, and nothing promises an implant outcome, a healed result or a surgery date in Singapore.
How do you handle enquiries that come through WhatsApp? expand_more
WhatsApp is the first channel for many Singapore patients, so the click-to-chat button is tracked like a call or a form, and the clinic replies from its own number. We do not send unsolicited messages. We help the front desk answer fee and consultation questions quickly and consistently.
How do you track a consultation back to marketing? expand_more
Calls, forms, online booking clicks and WhatsApp clicks are tagged with the search, ad or page behind them. Where your practice software records consultations attended and treatment accepted, we link those back so reports show cost per booked consultation in SGD and, where you share it, cost per accepted case. You see consultations, not clicks.
Do you promise rankings, consultation numbers or accepted cases? expand_more
No. Nobody can promise a search position, and consultation numbers depend on Singapore neighbourhoods, your fees, your referral base and how your front desk answers. What we promise is clear pages, tightly controlled campaigns and honest reporting on the consultations that result.
What do you need from us to start? expand_more
Your website address, your current fee ranges for implants, extractions and sedation, how the consultation and the referral process work today, which procedures you want more of, and any Google Ads, Meta or analytics accounts you run. We begin with a free audit and tell you what we would fix first in Singapore.
