FAQs
Answers on towns, emergency work, licence lines and how monthly booked-job reports are put together.
Which North Region towns do you advertise in? expand_more
Those your vans reach in reasonable time. Firms with a base in Yishun usually start there and add Woodlands or Sembawang later, based on how the first town books. Anything beyond your real drive time stays off the map.
Do you cover industrial areas like Sungei Kadut? expand_more
Only if you sell commercial or industrial work. For household crews we exclude those areas, because factory and warehouse enquiries rarely fit a flat-servicing van and waste the callout.
How do you handle emergency callouts? expand_more
Emergency ads run separately, with a phone number and a photo upload placed first, and only during hours when someone can answer. Planned servicing runs as its own campaign with package pages. That way each caller gets the answer they came for.
Which licences should the page show? expand_more
Only those your firm holds. NEA or BCA lines apply to some trades and not to others, so we place the relevant one where a homeowner will notice it. If nothing applies, we leave the space out.
What do the monthly reports show? expand_more
Booked jobs and cost per booked job for each town, in S$, matched to the call, WhatsApp chat or form that began the visit. GST at 9% is kept apart from the job price.
What do you need from me before the ads start? expand_more
Your service menu, the hours someone answers the phone, the estates your vans can reach and the licences you hold. We also need access to your Google Business Profile, ads accounts and website. Then we can switch on the first town.
Is there a HeyLead depot in Woodlands or Yishun? expand_more
No. HeyLead is an online marketing team, so there is no depot or office to visit in the North. Customers see your details and your service area, and we work with you by phone, video or WhatsApp.
