More Employer Instructions.
Employee Claims Kept Apart.
Built for UK Employment Firms.

Built for UK owner-led businesses competing in British search. A founder with a tribunal claim on the desk talks to two or three employment firms before they instruct one. We bring those employer instructions in, and we keep employee claim traffic in its own campaign.

We build the search, ads and intake for employer work in the UK.

Trusted by employer-side employment solicitors in the UK to turn local demand into booked work Serving London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Glasgow across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in the UK.

Who This Is For

For owners of small UK employment firms that act for employers, defending tribunal claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and unpaid wages and handling executive exits where the firm already does that work, who want more employer instructions from companies that fit their practice, with employee searches sent to their own path, no spend on claims the firm does not take, and nothing claimed about a result that the firm cannot stand behind.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about employment law marketing? We have got honest answers in the UK.

What does employment solicitor marketing include in the UK? expand_more
Employment solicitor marketing for an employer-side firm in the UK includes employer-intent pages for searches like employment solicitor for employers and settlement agreement solicitor for employers, a plain page on how you defend a tribunal claim, how you handle an executive exit and how you charge in GBP, Google Ads split between employer intent and employee intent with claimant searches excluded, Meta retargeting for HR directors still weighing which firm to instruct, and call and form tracking that reports cost per qualified employer enquiry in GBP. HeyLead does the marketing. The firm keeps every legal, fee and client decision.
Is this page for employees, job seekers or claimant firms? expand_more
No. This page is for the owner of a small employment firm in the UK that acts for employers: defending unfair dismissal, discrimination and wage claims in the Employment Tribunal, and handling executive exits and settlement agreements where the firm already does that work. It is not a page for an employee with a claim, not a volume practice for employee unfair dismissal claims, not a page for a job seeker and not a page for a criminal, family or personal injury firm. If you have been dismissed and want to bring a claim, this page will not help you, and the pages we build send employee searches to their own path rather than into the employer campaign.
Which searches actually bring employer instructions? expand_more
The ones an HR director, a founder or an in-house counsel types. Employment solicitor for employers with a city attached, tribunal defence solicitor, settlement agreement solicitor for employers, employment law advice for small business and executive exit solicitor. Employee searches such as unfair dismissal solicitor near me, no win no fee employment claim and can I claim unfair dismissal bring claimants, not clients. They are excluded from the employer campaign and, if the firm takes employee work, sent to a separate page with its own tracking in the UK.
How do you keep employee claim traffic out of the employer campaign? expand_more
Separate pages, separate campaigns and separate reports. Employer pages talk to the company and ask for the business, the issue and the deadline. Employee pages, if the firm wants them, talk to the individual and ask what happened and who the employer is. The employer campaign carries exclusion lists for sacked, unfair dismissal, no win no fee, my employer, my boss and free consultation, reviewed every week, so the owner sees employer enquiries on their own line in the UK.
Who is responsible for the solicitors' publicity rules? expand_more
The firm. For firms regulated by the SRA in England and Wales, the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, paragraph 8.8, read on sra.org.uk, says: "You ensure that any publicity in relation to your practice is accurate and not misleading, including that relating to your charges and the circumstances in which interest is payable by or to clients." Paragraph 8.9 says: "You do not make unsolicited approaches to members of the public, with the exception of current or former clients, in order to advertise legal services provided by you, or your business or employer." HeyLead makes no unsolicited approaches on a firm's behalf, writes nothing about charges or results that the firm cannot support, and the owner approves every page and ad before it goes live. HeyLead holds no practising certificate and gives no legal advice. Firms in Scotland and Northern Ireland confirm their own regulator's rules.
Do we have to publish our prices for tribunal defence? expand_more
That is a question for the firm and its regulator, and we give no legal advice. What we read on sra.org.uk is that SRA Transparency Rule 1.4 lists "the provision of advice and representation to employers in relation to defending claims before the Employment Tribunal brought by an employee for unfair dismissal or wrongful dismissal" among the services to businesses, and that rule 1.1 says an authorised body who publishes the availability of those services "must, in relation to those services, publish on its website cost information". If the firm publishes that it defends tribunal claims, we build the cost page in the firm's own figures in GBP and the owner approves it.
Why not chase employee unfair dismissal claims as well? expand_more
Because the money on the employer side is in the instruction, not the award. An article on mfmac.com dated 21 October 2024, linking to the gov.uk tribunals statistics release for April to June 2024, says: "The median award for unfair dismissal claims is only GBP 6,746." That is an employee-side figure and HeyLead produces no awards. It shows why a volume practice for employee claims is a different business from the one this page is built for, and why we keep employee searches out of the employer campaign.
Can you promise a number of matters, a struck-out claim or a settlement? expand_more
No. Companies instruct solicitors on their own schedule, the firm decides which matters to take, and the outcome of a tribunal claim depends on the facts and the tribunal. We do not promise a number of matters, a struck-out claim, a settlement figure or a result of any kind. We report which pages, searches and ads produced employer enquiries so the owner can judge the channel on evidence in the UK.
How long before employer enquiries arrive? expand_more
Google Ads can bring employer enquiries within weeks of launch, usually from companies that already have a claim form or a grievance and are comparing firms. Search visibility for city and sector terms builds over months. A website rebuild takes a few weeks to plan and build, and the first month after launch shows which pages earn enquiries. We report progress as it comes rather than promising a date in the UK.
Which service do we start with? expand_more
It depends on the audit. A firm whose website speaks to employees usually starts with the employer practice pages, because ads sent to a page about unfair dismissal waste spend on the wrong side. A firm with a plain employer page and no traffic usually starts with Google Ads on employer-intent searches. We tell you which after we look at the site, the tracking and the searches companies in the UK actually type.
