More Defence Clients.
Wrong-Fit Searches Kept Apart.
Built for Small Singapore Defence Practices.

Built for Singapore service brands competing in local and regional search. A person who has just been charged talks to two or three defence lawyers before they instruct one. We bring those defence matters in, and we keep family and employment searches in their own path.

We build the search, ads and intake for defence work in Singapore.

Trusted by small criminal defence practices in Singapore to turn local demand into booked work Serving Central, East (Tampines), West (Jurong), North (Woodlands) and North-East (Punggol) across Central, East, West, North and North-East.

Who This Is For

For owners of small criminal defence practices in Singapore, advocates and solicitors who defend in the State Courts or the High Court and are instructed and paid by the person charged, who want more defence matters from people facing the offences the practice actually takes, with legal aid and wrong-fit searches sent to their own path, no spend on cases the practice does not take, and nothing claimed about a result that the practice cannot stand behind.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about criminal defence marketing? We have got honest answers in Singapore.

What does criminal defence lawyer marketing include in Singapore? expand_more
Criminal defence lawyer marketing for a small Singapore practice includes offence-specific pages for searches like criminal lawyer Singapore and drink driving lawyer, a plain page on what happens after arrest or a police interview, how a State Courts matter runs and how you charge in SGD, Google Ads split by kind of offence with legal aid and wrong-fit searches excluded, Meta retargeting for the person still weighing which lawyer to instruct, and call, WhatsApp and form tracking that reports cost per qualified defence enquiry in SGD. HeyLead does the marketing. The practice keeps every legal, fee and client decision.
Is this page for someone who has been charged, or for legal aid? expand_more
No. This page is for the owner of a small criminal defence practice in Singapore, an advocate and solicitor who defends in the State Courts or the High Court and is instructed and paid by the person charged. It is not a page for someone looking for a lawyer for their own case, not a page for the prosecution, not a volume practice built on legal aid and not a page for a family, immigration or employment practice. If you have been charged and need a lawyer, this page will not help you, and the pages we build send legal aid and pro bono searches to their own path rather than into the practice's campaign.
Which searches actually bring defence clients in Singapore? expand_more
The ones a person types in the hours and days after arrest or a police interview, or the ones a parent or spouse types for them. Criminal lawyer Singapore, criminal defence lawyer with State Courts attached, drink driving lawyer Singapore, drug offence lawyer, lawyer for police investigation. Searches such as free legal advice, legal aid criminal, how to become a lawyer in Singapore or prosecutor salary bring people who will not instruct private counsel. They are excluded from the campaign and tracked on their own line.
How do you keep wrong-fit traffic out of the defence campaign? expand_more
Separate pages, separate campaigns and separate reports. Defence pages talk to the person charged, or to the family member calling for them, and ask for the offence, the next court date and whether the person is on bail. The campaign carries exclusion lists for free, legal aid, pro bono, prosecutor, how to become, salary and jobs, reviewed every week, so the owner sees qualified defence enquiries on their own line. If the practice also takes family or employment work, those searches go to their own pages with their own tracking in Singapore.
Who is responsible for the publicity rules? expand_more
The practice. Part 5 of the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct) Rules 2015, read on sso.agc.gov.sg as the current version at 8 October 2026, applies to publicity in Singapore. Rule 42(1) says a legal practitioner "must ensure that any publicity relating to the legal practitioner's practice complies with these Rules, whether that publicity is by the legal practitioner or by any other person on the legal practitioner's behalf". Rule 43(1) says the practitioner must ensure that "any claim to expertise or specialisation can be justified", that the publicity does not mention "the success rate of the legal practitioner, the law practice or any member of the law practice", and that it "does not make any comparison or criticism in relation to the fees charged, or the quality of the services provided, by any other legal practitioner or law practice". Rule 39(1) says a practitioner "must not tout for business". We write no success rate, no comparison with another practice, no claim to a specialisation the owner cannot justify and nothing that reads as touting, and the owner approves every page and ad before it goes live. HeyLead holds no practising certificate and gives no legal advice, and the owner confirms how the Rules apply to the practice.
What is one defence client actually worth to a practice? expand_more
As an illustration, not a forecast HeyLead will deliver: one person who instructs the practice for a contested State Courts matter, at the fee the practice sets in SGD, and who later sends a friend or a family member, is the commercial point of the whole exercise. For context only, Tembusu Law's criminal lawyer fees guide, first published 14 June 2026 and read on tembusulaw.com.sg, lists a District Court trial at SGD 25,000 to 70,000 or more in its comparison table. That is one firm's published range, which the guide itself calls an approximate market range, not a national rate and not a HeyLead figure. We do not quote a figure for your fees and we do not promise a matter. We report cost per qualified defence enquiry so the owner can set that number against their own charging.
Can you promise a number of clients, a discharge or a lighter sentence? expand_more
No. People instruct counsel on their own schedule, the practice decides which matters to take, and the outcome of a criminal case depends on the facts, the evidence and the court. We do not promise a number of clients, a discharge, an acquittal, a reduced charge, a lighter sentence or a result of any kind, and we publish no success rate. Rule 44(2) of the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct) Rules 2015, read on sso.agc.gov.sg as the current version at 8 October 2026, says publicity is misleading if "it is likely to create an unjustified expectation about the results that can be achieved by the legal practitioner or the law practice". We report which pages, searches and ads produced defence enquiries so the owner can judge the channel on evidence.
How long before defence enquiries arrive? expand_more
Google Ads can bring defence enquiries within weeks of launch, usually from people who already have a court date or a police interview and are comparing lawyers. Search visibility for offence terms builds over months. A website rebuild takes a few weeks to plan and build, and the first month after launch shows which pages earn enquiries. We report progress as it comes rather than promising a date in Singapore.
Will you write about our cases and clients? expand_more
Only in the general terms the owner approves, such as the kind of offence and the court, and never with a client name, a case number, a fact that is confidential or a result presented as typical. Rule 43(1)(b) of the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct) Rules 2015, read on sso.agc.gov.sg as the current version at 8 October 2026, bars publicity that mentions a past case or client where that would breach confidentiality, and confidentiality is part of why a person instructs private counsel.
Which service do we start with? expand_more
It depends on the audit. A practice whose website reads like a general practice usually starts with the offence-specific pages, because ads sent to a homepage with a divorce link waste spend on the wrong reader. A practice with plain defence pages and no traffic usually starts with Google Ads on offence searches. We tell you which after we look at the site, the tracking and the searches people in Singapore actually type.
